I have a kinda love/hate relationship with the softball league. I love that they get out there and play. They look like they have fun and I wish I could join in. What I hate is that some of them, seriously, don't look like they know what they're doing and could get hurt.
I remember seeing a video last year that consisted of videos and interviews. They showed a shot of Allison Fisher running to second base. Rather than rounding the bag she did this little stutter-step stop which is a fabulous way to snap your ankle. I held my breath and waited for the injury to come. Luckily she didn't get hurt but someone who makes their living dancing on Broadway needs to be very careful.
