I thought everyone on here knew...
"I mean, sitting side by side with another man watching Patti LuPone play Rose in GYPSY on Broadway is essentially the equivalent of having hardcore sex." -Wanna Be A Foster.
"Say 'Goody.' Say 'Bubbi.'" ... "That's it. Exactly as if it were 'Goody.' Now I know you're gonna sing 'Goody' this time, but nevertheless..."

I haven't been paying close attention to The Little Mermaid threads.

OK, here goes...
That tail they show is kind of a decoy tail. The mermaids use heely's to "swim" around. THe tail sticks out of their butt, but they wear skirts the same color as their tails, so I guess it makes a swimming effect. I haven't seen the show, so that's the best I could do.

Sounds awkward and exhausting for the performers..I bet there won't be a lot of dancing.
But thank you

Actually I've heard there is quite a bit of dancing, but they seem to manage it well on the heelies..

^I thought they did a really good job with the dancing throughout the show with heelies, etc.
I think it's the lighting in the photo but her wig looks amazing on stage, not as bright or something and it also looks very natural which is always a plus.

Whew... The tail looks a lot better than I thought it was going to. I can't wait to see a photo where she is standing to see how it looks with the skirt. I also really like the set piece. I heard some people in their reviews complain it looks too plastic, but I think the shinny gloss makes it look wet, which is kinda cool (at least from this image)
Now if only someone would leak some photos of the other characters and force Disney to officially release those as well, LOL.

I'm assuming that they may release more after the press night tonight. At least, I hope so! I really want to see Sherie.

They don't want photos released! They want you to buy them in the souvenir programs next January! No actors on posters for you!
In all seriousness...it looks really beautiful, and hopefully things will be coming along.

How to properly use its/it's:
Its is the possessive. It's is the contraction for it is...
