Piece The Musical

Hey everyone...while on Limewire i came across Shoshana Bean singing "Home" from this musical called Piece. I was wondering if anyone had heard about it or seen it or has any of the other tracks that might have been released. It sounds really nice and i know a few other people sang for the demos but i cant find anything other than the website which gives dates to readings.

Piece is a musical by scott alan. It had a reading/try out of some sort in california but has not gone into actual production last i checked. but on his site are a bunch of demos from Piece, and other things songs he's written. enjoy!

Um. I know this doesn't help, but the composer has a website. There was a post on this a couple months ago. Somebody famous was going to do the lead. But that's all i remember...

Some funding fell through, so Scott Alan is actually going to take a break from writing and performing. He's going to get a "real job" and make some money to support himself. Putting up a musical is a real financial conundrum without proper backing.

It's sad, because I think Scott Alan is a very promising composer.

He posted a blog about it on his site. It's really sad that people like him cannot get funding, while we have shows like "Good Vibrations" that get the financial backing. Granted, that was Beach Boys, but you get the idea.
