Pippin revival synopsis

Excuse me if this has been asked before but is the current Pippin revival the same show, plot/structure wise as the original. I know it's now set in a circus but has any of the show been revised? If so, does anyone have a synopsis of the current production?

Refer to the alternate ending. That is the ending that the revival uses.
