Much to my surprise, I actually have one of the Playbills listed. Bing Crosby on Broadway, 1976. Just sent them an email. Thanks for posting!
Though, I noticed that the page says it hasn't been updates since December of 2014, so I wonder whether if they have found many of them by now.

We had most of the list but gave them away 5 years ago when we moved.

Actually, I just visited the PlaybillVault page for that production, and it looks like they've already found one. I guess they should update that list.
