Playwright Simon Gray Dead, age 71#1

Simon Gray has died at the age of 71. Gray's play BUTLEY was recently seen in NYC with Nathan Lane.

His most recent book, The Last Cigarette, was published earlier in the year, and a volume of his diaries will be published soon.

The Common Pursuit - the first time I saw a production of this, the last scene flashback moved me. It was so impressive.

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
