Please help! Anyone know where I can get a cow?

I believe Music Theatre International has a service where they will refer you to other theatre companies that have done their shows that have costumes, sets, props, etc. for rent.

Tht's assuming, of course, that you are doing a legal production of ITW and have paid the royalties.

When we did ITW ten years ago, we got our cow from Omaha Community Playhouse. They charged us a tiny amount for rent, as long as we drove out to Omaha to pick it up and return it. It was an 8 hour drive, but worth it, considering what the cost of packing up and shipping that thing would have been.

They also threw in a really neat radio-controlled hen.
