It's on the 40th anniversary disc, but Julie Andrews does not sing it. She was supposed to, but it was cut. I think one of the Sherman Brothers sings it as a demo.

I know it was from the deleted segment of Mary Poppins where they traveled to all four corners of the globe or something, and the song from the East, titled "Land of Sand" was reused in "The Jungle Book" as Kaa's song, "Trust in Me".
If you haven't heard "Chimpanzoo", you're not missung too much, IMO. It's not as good as anything in the chalk portrait scene which replaced it.
The Chimpanzoo song is moderately cute. It sounds like something cut from The Tiki Room at Disneyland. There's a special edition of the soundtrack album that includes a second disc of the nearly complete meeting from the early 60's with Travers, The Shermans, Don DaGradi and Bill Walsh that has plenty of deleted songs. Oddly, the first drafts of the songs that were to be in the film are edited out of this for I guess brevity's sake. If deleted Poppins tunes interest you, that might be for you.
Parts of the melody to the deleted "Chimpanzoo" song were later recycled and became the "Etiquette" song in the 1992 animated feature Little Nemo - Adventures In Slumberland (which features a number of new songs from the Sherman Brothers)
