Bernadette Peters and Martin Short were GREAT! It wasn't a wonderful movie, but it was somewhat enjoyable!!!

Posted: 7/14/03 at 5:28pmI watched most of it. It was about a prince and his squire getting punished in the royal court by getting turned into frogs. The prince needs to get kissed by a beautiful woman in order to turn back into a human again. He finds two, Peters and Applegate. In the end, he marries Applegate and they live happily ever after. Bernadette Peters played a diva-ish actress. She was great, as was Andrea Martin who played Peters' assistant and Short, the Prince's squire.

I thought it was korny, but very cute. The entire cast was wonderful...three of my favorite people are Bernadette Peters, Andrea Martin, and Martin Short. They are such comedians. I liked the ending, even though it was very predicatable.
Cute fact: Bernadette said that in place of the frogs (b/c those were put in electronically), they kissed potatoes. LOL
Don't worry for those of you who missed it (even though it was on 3 times in a row last night and announced on TV and radio constantly) LOL It will be on again this week. Check your local listings.

It wasn't the best but it was cute.
Prince John or Sean Maguire is cute! I saw pictures of him without long hair.. I hope that was a wig! LOL
