Sorry if there is already another thread but did any go to the first preview? Thoughts?

It's spelled Priscilla.

A friend was at the dress rehearsal Monday and reported that he liked it but felt the 2nd act still needs some work. Not that it's bad but he says it loses the momentum of the first half. (this friend is a casual theatre-goer, not a rabid fan.)

A co-worder was at last night's first preview and reports that the show is great fun and that Nick Adams is scene-stealer.

Got my invite to opening night on Oct 26 - can't wait to see it :)

And, for anyone up early on Sunday morninng (and of course you would be to hear FRONT ROW CENTRE) on the program that runs just before mine Pearse Murray will have interviews with Tony Sheldon (who plays Bernadette) and C.David Johnson (who plays Mike teh Mechanic.) That program - A FABULOUS WEEKEND runs between 8 and 9 am (eastern time) on http://www.proudfm.com/

Cast albums are NOT "soundtracks."
Live theatre does not use a "soundtrack." If it did, it wouldn't be live theatre!

I host a weekly one-hour radio program featuring cast album selections as well as songs by cabaret, jazz and theatre artists. The program, FRONT ROW CENTRE is heard Sundays 9 to 10 am and also Saturdays from 8 to 9 am (eastern times) on www.proudfm.com

I've listened to the original cast for a couple of years now and I love all the songs (from my growing years). I can't wait for this to finally hit New York. I hope it's big, tacky, sentimental and fun!
