The irony is that the casting directors want to unionize YET all of them cast Non-Union jobs.
Soooo? You want to cast the ELf non equity tour but you can’t union benefits??? That makes no sense. I’m glad the Broadway League going for them.

And yet we don't hear you call for the Broadway League to "go for" the Broadway Directors and Choreographers who direct and choreograph the Non-Eq. tours of their shows...

They actually don’t. Example Kinky Boots Non Equity tour, original choreo but staged by someone else NOT Jerry!
Casting non-union jobs is a non-sequitur. More interesting to me is that most casting offices do not provide benefits to most of their employees and yet they are seeking by unionization to provide benefits only to enfranchised casting agents (in some cases just the owner). This too is irrelevant but it seems more significant as an inconsistency.
