This is probably a silly question, but my friend and I are planning on doing Producers rush on spring break...the Wednesday matinee, March 14th. I remember the box office guy saying they sell over 30 seats. Is it really necessary getting there a couple of hours before the box office opens, or am I pretty much safe in getting them if I walk up to it when it opens?

Is it really that popular of a rush even on vacation days? Thanks, guys.

No way. You can get rush seats right up until half hour. They're rarely ever gone. =)

I was there on Wed. Dec. 27 when all of the box-offices were extremely cowded. After NOT winning the Rent lotto I started going form theater to theater to see wht was available, starting around noon. The Producers was pretty much the only show that had rush tickets left. I am hoping it stays that way because we opted to see something else instead and I plan to go in about a month now to see it before it closes. Please let me know how it works out for you...thanks!
