Here we go again. Is this guy morphing into Ward Morehouse?

1) He predicts tickets for the Lane/Broderick engagement will be sold out by noon today. Michael, they're not on sale yet.

2) He says they're starting in January. Michael, they're starting December 31. (Minor, but wrong--New Year's Eve is a big deal)

3) He calls his story an "Exclusive." Michael, didn't I read the same story (with better information) in the New York Times?
