Project Support Payment?

I was looking at the Cirque Paramour tickets on Ticketmaster and there was a pop up

A $1.00 Project Support Payment and $1.50 Facility Fee

While I'm used to a Facility Fee at Broadway theatres, what is a "Project Support Payment?" What project am I supporting? If it was the theatre, wouldn't it be the Facility fee? If it was the show, wouldn't this just be base ticket price? and if it was TM, wouldn't it be in the TM fees?

I know it's only a buck, but somehow a Broadway ticket cost is adding up to a lot of those bucks quickly.
