One more: A collection called THE NEW YORK MUSICALS OF COMDEN AND GREEN included ON THE TOWN, WONDERFUL TOWN, and BELLS ARE RINGING. The latter two are tremendously fun reads.

Actually the Original B'way Libretto for Merrily was published.. very briefly in print.
Very Very Very hard to find.
I, myself, have two copies of the Anyone Can Whistle re-print and two copies of the original published edition of Follies (different from the new edition). I also just found the original published edition of Company... for 10 cents!
Now.. I just need to get my hands on Merrily!
