Hi,
The theatre company I co-founded was just granted the performance rights to "Company" from MTI. At this point, our band director wants to see the score so we need to order a perusal copy. I've heard you can get a perusal of the piano/conductor score. Is that correct? Also, is it possible to get it for double the loan period? Thanks.

I don't see it indicated as an option when you order a perusal on the website. When do you begin rehearsals? Usually they send the materials out 2 months prior to the first show. The libretto also includes a vocal book--which is probably the closest thing you are going to get to a conductor score. Usually they charge you if you have them longer than the day its due back to the office...if i remember correctly

Whe I was in "big" last November, our director had recieved a perusal CD, libretto/vocal book, and piano score. The perusal libretto/vocal book was complete, but the perusal score was just a few songs from the show (sort of like what you'd get on a promotional cast album wioth three or four key songs).
Whatever you do: Don't lose anything! We lost one libretto/vocal book during "big" and it cost $65 to replace. I'm not sure how much the score is to replace, mainly because every instrument has its own book and I didn't check their prices on the sheet that came with all of the books.
