Does anyone know what Andrea Frierson who was in the original production is up to these days? Last time I saw her name was in the orignal A Christmas Carol at Madison Square Garden about 6 yrsago.

This is my first posting. I'm so nervous.

Box-office John is right.(sorry last 5 years) COME DOWN FROM THE TREE was sung by Ti-Moune after MAMA WILL PROVIDE. On her way to the city, she meets a little girl, much like herself, hiding a tree and she sings to her. Graci cut the song because she felt that it stopped the action and slowed the show down.
WHEN DANIEL MARRIES ME was also cut during previews because Graci felt that the audience already knew that Daniel was never going to marry TiMoune.
Andrea Frierson moved to D.C. and works there alot and also regionally. She just closed as Armelia in AIN'T MISBEHAVIN' at the Actors Theatre of Louisville.
Question for last5years. What is the OOTI fansite?

Ok, so let's say that a high school wants to add this song back in after Mama Will Provide. There's no dialogue to add, is there? I mean, short of taking from the book... you have a song with no preface.

"The Storytellers" did have dialogue that led up to the song.
It is my belief that all previous requests to put either of the cut songs back into the show have been refused.

Dang it...I really like that song. I agree, the show is perfect, but I wish there was a way to use it.

I love Human Heart, too. It's one of my favorite number in the show. I just love the whole show!!!
