hey I'm pretty new here, so I hope I posted this in the right place...

I'm not from the US but I heard the Rent 2009 Tour is going to Japan. Is it really? Where can I find the schedules for this tour?

They'll be in Tokyo August 4-30 2009.

No official announcement but Anthony posted the dates on his blog:

No worries. There is still little known though, so you may have to wait for further details. Even Rapp says it is subject to change.
