Question about Standbys and new Wicked Pics.

Hmm... they will, most likely, take new pictures. They took new photos when Jennifer Laura Thompson, Joey McIntyre, etc. came in, so I think it is pretty certain that they will get new photos, especially since the lead character (among others) is a new actress.

About the standby/understudy rehearsals, I don't know.

do u think they will create a new program since most of the original cast is gone?

Standbys/understudies usually have weekly rehearsals with one another that are conducted by the stage manager, beginning right after the official opening. They don't rehearse with the regular cast members in most cases, though sometimes later in a run, the entire company (or at least the ensemble) may be called in for a brush up rehearsal if the stage manager (or the director, if he's been back to check up on a show) is not happy and in those cases standbys/understudys may be used to fill in for prinicipals (who aren't aren't always forced to attend). Generally speaking, the first time an understudy/principal goes on will be the first time he/she performs with the regular cast.
