Question about William Finn

Hi
We are a group of four singers and a pianist from Argentina intending to give a tribute concert with his music and we´d like to find out more about his biography and other stuff.
We couldn´t find enough on the web about him
Anoyne can give us any advice about it?? Anything

I don't know much about his life, but I can tell you that he doesn't know how to play piano or read music. To write his music, he records the melodies and piano parts into a tape recorder, and he has someone who writes it out on the piano. Very interesting.

He teaches at NYU. You can contact him there. I don't have the contact info, but yo can call NYU and get directed to him, I'm sure.

listen to his musicals, he writes in quite an autobiographical style....the whole family stuff in New Brain is very apparent
