I was was wondering if anyone knows who played the gorilla in the movie Cabaret ? I've read that it was either Gwen Verdon or Bob Fosse. If anyone knows who it was I would really appreciate the information.Thanks.

I dug out an old book which says that Louise Quick danced the role of the gorilla in the movie- but i still remember reading somewhere about Verdon or Fosse- I know Verdon picked out the gorilla head and flew with it sitting on her lap to Germany - hmmmm.

Okay - I should have looked a little harder- just found a video interview of Louise Quick being interviewed and she talks about dancing the role of the Gorilla in the movie-
