re: RABBIT HOLE first preview REVIEW

Anyone know if there is a rush policy at the Biltmore or not?

re: RABBIT HOLE first preview REVIEW

As said earlier in the post...

"MTC's rush policy is always available, day of show, $25 with a student ID."

I don't believe they have a general rush, but only a student rush When Tix Are Avail when the Box Office Opens.

And I know Im only one person who has written a review so far, but the opinions that follow later in this thread, and those who have seen it on the ATC board are also singing its praises. I'd buy your ticket now!

Did anybody see the numbers it did this week?!?! That's almost unheard of for the first week of previews. Nice going Rabbit Hole!

re: RABBIT HOLE first preview REVIEW

RABBIT HOLE opens this week, I believe. Has anyone else had the chance to see this brilliant work? The cast is phenomanaly strong, and the story is uncomparable in my eyes. If anyone else saw a preview of this show (which I thought was ready to go on day one), I'd love to hear your thoughts and opinions. I LOVE the show and feel assured it will do quite well with the critics this week.

re: RABBIT HOLE first preview REVIEW

Remember that Rabbit Hole is produced by MTC which has thousands of subscribers. MTC, like most not-for-profits, uses those subscribers to ensure full houses throughout previews -- an advantage that commercial producers don't have. It's actually quite typical for MTC's shows to boast 90+% attendance during the first weeks of previews. I'd hazard to guess that only a relatively small percentage of those seats are currently being filled by single ticket buyers from the general public.

re: RABBIT HOLE first preview REVIEW

Great to hear. Abaire, is one of my favorite new playwrights.
I can't wait to see this.
Fuddy Meers, was one of the my favorite plays I have seen at MTC.
I am very excited.

re: RABBIT HOLE first preview REVIEW

When are you seeing it Corine? And just as a small warning, this one is leaps and bounds more serious than FUDDY MEERS, although injected throughout with that Abaire humor, like only he can.
