This is the 2007 TV version starring Phylicia Rashad,Audra Macdonald and P Diddy. I was aware that they all appeared in the recent Broadway revival, but i wasnt aware that they had made a tv movie of it.

The release date is 10th Sep, but that is here in the UK. I suppose you guys in the US will get it on DVD sooner.

Has anyone actually seen this verison, or has it not aired yet.

It has not aired yet. In fact, I believe they pushed back the original air date that was scheduled.

Anyone know what is going on?
