RENT Equity Chorus Call for Singers

Anyone ever attend one of these that are not a member of equity? Do they see non-equity people? Also, it says to sing pop/rock, but would they be against a song from the show? Thanks.

If I'm not mistaken, the Rent casting calls specifically state NO musical theater songs.

I went to an EPA and got a callback but, this time all the sheets at actors equity so I was told were completely filled.

The last tour was non-equity so they must have some non-equity calls
