Does anybody know what they performed at the tonys and did they even perform? And also about Beauty and the Beast, did they perform and if so what did they perform?

They performed an abbreviated version of the Prologue/Opening Number.

I believe BatB performed Be Our Guest.

The Ragtime performance is included on the DVD of Broadway's lost Treasures three. Just FYI if you want to check it out for yourself.
