Ragtime - National Tour Question

Does any one here know who played Coalhouse Walker, Jr. in the 2001 national tour of Ragtime that also featured Rebecca Eichenberger as Mother? I saw it it Baltimore in January/February 2001.

Wasn't it Alton Fitzgerald White? And I think later that same year the NetWorks tour went out with Quentin Earl Darrington (who is reprising the role in the current Kennedy Center production).

I could be wrong.

It might have been James Stovall, because I know he played opposite Stephanie Mills as Sarah (which I would LOVE to hear)

Someone on ATC answered my question:

Laurence Hamilton played Coalhouse at the Mechanic Theatre in 2001. Nathaniel Stampley was his understudy.

Victoria Strong was Mother in that production as well, not Rebecca Eichenberger like I originally thought.

I definitely did not see Stephanie Mills as Sarah.
