Ragtime previews

This painfully relevant show, with a brilliant cast, could be shortened (if copyright/playwright intellectual property laws allow) by cutting the Atlantic City dance scene. It is beautifully done but adds nothing to the already lengthy show. Similarly, the Evelyn Nesbit character, feels out of place. I assume the character must stay but please do not subject the audience to her high screeching “ooh”s at every appearance. It is painful to hear, and adds nothing to the character. Joshua Henry and Nichelle Lewis are revelations.
