Rarely holding auditions....

I've noticed on Disney Theatrical's website that rarely do they have auditions for Beauty and the Beast, I see all kinds of auditions for touring, regional and broadway companies of The Lion King.....Why are there hardly any auditions for Beauty?

THE LION KING isn't color blind casting for many roles. And they are CONSTANTLY looking for kids, because:

1) The kids grow up.
2) The kids' voices change.
3) Kids are kids, they'll leave the show if they're not having fun.

LION KING also looks for actors with puppetry experience.

BatB auditions constantly thru agents. and they have their required calls,
