I'm not one for starting threads about small topics or complaining, but I thought I should post something for those who don't read fine print when they buy tickets.
The Public's upcoming U.S. Premiere of Caryl Churchill's Drunk Enough to Say I Love You? just went on sale. I was about to buy a ticket when I read that the show is only 45 MINUTES LONG.
Really? $50 for 45 minutes? That seems a bit ridiculous to me, even at the student price of $25 and given Ms. Churchill's fine reputation. (I haven't read any reviews from the production, which is currently in the UK, but it can't be that bad, right?)
Just an FYI in case people would rather spend their money elsewhere. :)

Adam Bock's The Receptionist was 67 minutes at $75 a ticket.
I vividly remember hearing two people coming upstairs about 15 minutes after the show ended saying "...well I figured there was a second act!" And then they tried to figure out how much they paid per minute.
