Regis show

I know Bernadette Peters has been a frequent guest and guest host on Live with Regis and I've seen Betty Buckley, Mandy Patinkin, and Brian Stokes Mitchell over the years but I'm wondering what other Broadway performers have been on there promoting their Broadway shows. Have people like Patti Lupone, Kristin Chenoweth, Rebecca Luker ever been on?

They had been doing a "Broadway Week" for the past few years...it never happened this year though. Lithgow was on for DRS, Denzel Washington was on for Julius Caesar, Av. Q's done it, Rent was on last week...lots of people.

Idina: Somehow I got myself to the stage, came out at the end of the show, and I had some kind of closure.
Some guy: You looked great!
Idina: Thanks...I WAS SO HIGH! 8/21/05

A lot of shows go on "Live with Regis and Kelly", not as many as Rosie got on her show, but stil a lot.

I was thinking more of individual performers coming out and doing a sit down not just the cast singing a song and standing there for a few second chat. I know they have the Ashley Judd types, Hugh Jackman, Washington and Lithgow when they are treading the boards because those are people known through their screen work. I would think LuPone would have been on at some point, but then I see that she was never on the Tonight Show during Carson's time.
