After reading that SpotCo interview about creating the official websites for some Broadway clients I was wondering... Does anyone else find it annoying all of SpotCo's recent websites (In the Heights, Memphis, Come Fly Away, West Side Story, Million Dollar Quartet, A Behanding in Spokane, The Addams Family, Fences and La Cage) are practically the same?

Why can't SpotCo be a little bit more creative? I mean, they're definitely not new to the business... And over the years there were some GREAT official websites around.. what happened?

Is Spotco really handling all of these shows? That is actually pretty impressive - although I have not checked out all of these sites so can't comment on your initial inquiry.

theyre a business and they see something has worked once, twice... and they keep doing it unless they find the formula isn't working. A show website needs all the same basics- tickets, cast, crew...
