Non-singing roles??? They better not suck up RENT...does the Larson family have any say in what they're doing? I say do it the exact same way on stage, there's no reason to change and if they add anymore lines because they're afraid people might miss the meaning because they can't listen to awesome, powerful, wonderful music...those people shouldn't be allowed to see it. Why are we always catering to the stupid people???!!!

Strange.

Chris Columbus sucks. He directed the first two Harry Potter movies and what a crap-load that was. I won't get into it though. Harry Potter #1 was his first feature film and before that all he directed was cartoons. He's going to $$$$ up RENT. I can't believe they let him do this after the #### HP #1 was.

Home Alone. Adventures in Baby-Sitting (featuring Anthony Rapp). And I can't think of the names, but I think he did two other live-action films.

And Chamber of Secrets was a LOT better than Socerer's Stone.

Because Harry Potter was also an adaptation. I think Columbus took too much of "book on tape" approach to his HP movies rather than recognizing the differences between the film and book mediums. Hopefully he won't do the same thing when adapting something from theater.
