I got home a little while ago from MOnster in-Law. and the trailer was indeed there. I couldn't believe it, because i didn't read this thread until now.

I'm by no means a Renthead, I've only seen the show once a couple of years ago, but the teaser was definitely moving and at least made me want to go and see it! Although I was anyway. But following all the news about the making of the film and knowing how much history is there with the cast and all is really touching. I'm sure they'll market that piece heavily when the film comes out (and they should.

Anyway, it looked cool and the singing was fantastic. It sounded really, really good.

"But I relish every brillant inspired moment. This is who I'm determined to be- an actor/singer/dancer-no, I take that back, this is who I am. These people are my tribe, my destiny. I know it. -How I Paid for College; A story of sex, theft, friendship and musical theater.

Already posted just a few threads below.

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."
