Which of the two would you reccomend? Also is it competitive, and always offered?

I believe that Rent sells standing room even when they aren't sold out. I don't think SA does that.

Rent rarely sells standing room tickets; just do lotto at 5:30.

Well, I was contemplating seeing SA again on thursday night, and I got there at 10, and I was like 10th in line, and I didn't feel like waiting. But if you want to get tickets, I would recommend getting there early.

I know Jersey Boys has SRO, and A Chorus Line. And if you want to, you can student rush some plays, and you would have a good chance at getting a seat.

The only problem is I wont be in the city until 930. Do you know of any shows I can rush at 930?

9:30 am? You shouldn't have a problem rushing any show if you want to wait for a long time.

Spring Awakening, A Chorus Line, Legally Blonde, and anything else that has student rush.

Oh, I was under the impression that for a saturday matinee I would have to be in like by 8 to get tickets to spring awakening?

Oh. if I recall, I think the box office opens at 10 for matinees, and in that case, 9:30 WILL be too late. lol. I don't know how busy matinees are for SA, but I could imagine that they are really busy. So you can probably go at 8.

Yeah thats the problem im getting into the city at 930. So, do you know of any rushed besides a chorus line or even standing room that is sure to still be open?

I'm not sure. I got the last SRO for the show for a Chorus Line, like 20 minutes before the show. You could just check at SA first to see if there are any left.

I'd go with Spring Awakening

SA's rush has been lame, recently.
I rushed on 12/22, got there at 7, and by 10 there were a total of 15 people in line. People were buying rush seats for the matinee at 1:45, aka 15 min. before the show. You will be fine with 9:30.
