Rent Tour — Page 2

Ok, this is weird. I went to RENT's website and it said the tour was coming to NC in early part of November, but when I went to "Broadway South" it said it wasn't coming there. Anyone know any info. about this?

i don't know if this helps but broadwayacrossamerica doesn't list every Broadway show that goes through the city, equity or not. I'm in vancouver and they listed Miss Saigon and Jesus Christ Superstar last year, even though the national tours of 42nd Street, Blast and The Full Monty also came by. This year, they listed Riverdance and Les Mis, but not Rent, The Graduate, Grease, etc.

So just because it's not listed there doesn't mean it's not coming. (Wow, is that a triple-negative?)

PS. I am an unpaid shill for Andy Meeks. Isn't he great?? I'm going to start a Meeks 4 Boq 2005 campaign. He sang the "nessa-confessa" line after the show in Vancouver, and I loved it! (And I normally HATE that part.)

I also thought Benny was just alright, but I've never been a big fan of that part anyway. I was sort of disappointed with Tallia too. I really loved Dan Rosenbaum and Jon Tisevich. And Marcus James as Collins...I'll Cover You: Reprise - WOW.
