girlfriend, you're absolutely right about Justin Rodriguez. Munkustrap spoke far too quickly that there was no such person. He's wrong!

WJH is a great Angel. I've seen him, Jai, Andy Senor, Shaun Earl, Pierre Angelo Bayuga, Jose Llana, Wilson Cruz, Justin Johnson, Justin R., Damien Deshaun Smith, and a few u/s over the years. He's not my favorite but I liked his performance better than Justin Johnson's.

ive seen wilson, jai and justin. i dont remember wilson much but i love him to death on the soundtrack. the first time i saw jai as angel back when joey fatone was in the cast i didnt care for him but when i went back last summer i loved him. he definatly improved alot. i loved the way he did some things. when i saw justin johnston a couple weeks ago i enjoyed him alot but i think he was the ugliesy drag queen ive ever seen. but hes a cutie outside angel drag.

I saw WJH (Broadway w/ original cast), Wilson Cruz (Broadway), Sean Earl (many times, angel tour) and Stephan Alexander (original angel in angel tour). I have to say the most consistent thing about all the many many times I’ve seen rent is the quality of the performer playing angel. It was a long time ago but for some reason Wilson Cruz's performance stands out as being special! I loved Sean and Wilson as well... I remember liking Stephan too(he was my first angel... it was a long time ago.)

my jai is my favorite.. obviously.. i like justin johnston too.. i didn't think andy senor was anything special..

Just wondering, Justin Rodriguez was the touring Angel in Spring 2003, right? I just realized that I must have seen him then, but due to...circumstances, I can't remember much about the show. If he's as great as y'all are saying, I can't help but now be pissed at my stupid high school self for not enjoying his performance.

OT, but my friend showed me something online where some moronic Queer Eye fan was trying to talk about Rent and called Angel a "gay hooker". Um, NO.
