Apparently it's been changed to 11:30, and it's some sort of ribbon-cutting ceremony inside, on the second floor. The cast will still be there, though.

I think it'd be worth it only to see that "Angel" mannequin in person. It looks like something my grandmother would wear, I can't imagine the cast's reactions to it.

Eh, if I was actually in the city and didn't have classes, I'd prob go despite the rain. If had the chance, wouldn't wanna miss the oppertunity to see the Rent cast looking pretty. Ah well.

The pictures of Bloomie's terrify the hell out of me.

-Dre- You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree.

There's a special kind of people known as show people. We live in a world full of dreams. Sometimes we're not too certain what's false and what's real. But we're seldom in doubt about what we feel.

Hmmm. It's not really a glowing tribute. It seems so incomplete. They should've used signature pieces of wardrobe for all of the characters. Still, it's a great promo plug for the movie.

Thanks Em!
The Joanne is pretty cute. Maureen has some serious nip action going on. This is all pretty creepy. It would have been much more interesting for them if they had taken a male mannequin and posed it and dressed it for Angel. It would have taken some work, but it could have been cute.

Idina appears to be cold in one of them - or singing, if you believe what she said in one of her P-Town concerts.

They just look...weird, incomplete? I guess they're nice manequins but in relation to Rent...eh. It's nice publicity though. I wonder if any fans were there today.

Seriously, what is the point of including nipples on the mannequins? These things are plastic statues- they have flesh colored eyeballs and their arms and legs pop off. Why do they feel the need to make this aspect of them realistic? Other than the need to sexualize the female mannequins, of course, since I highly doubt the male mannequins have anatomically correct penises.

Is the brunette in the powder-blue hoodie supposed to be Mimi? And excuse me, but I don't that Angel would ever be caught dead in a plaid skirt and pearls.

Perhaps there is something about Idina that makes nipples necessary to show on a manequin.
I will invesitgate.
