Well everyone, i was just watching the final minutes on the Rent the movie website . . . it's here!!! Hope everyone enjoys the movie, i'm sure that there'll be many more Rent posts, but i've had a lot of reading and answering posts about the movie and such so far . . . enjoy!!!

The counter went to negative time, which was wierd. It went from 0 to -1.59. I was so confused.

i went to the 12:01 at the Ziegfeld tonight. Anthony and Tracie were there. I was also watching it, im sure, with 1099 other RENTheads. But all that aside, i thought the movie was fantastic. I'm going to see it again tomorrow. I loved it absolutely. I'm not sure that those not familiar with RENT will love it as much, but i can dream. We shall soon see.

i went to the 12:01am screenign as well, but had passes to another screening tonight at 7:30pm, so i went to that one too, and i knew that the people next to me were NOT theatre people and were only there because they knew Taye were in it and they walked out hysterically crying and loving it.

All day at work I am going to be talking to these people on the phone and be thinking about seeing this movie ALL DAY. Ah, oh well. Who knows I might slip a "Go see RENT" in there somewhere.

Yeah, you should have seen me. And I am happy to announce that I have just returned home from seeing a midnight showing of RENT here in LA. And I can't seem to wipe the ****-eating grin off my face. :-P Too tired/hyped (oxymoron isn't it....****...whatever... see what I mean?) to write a full review but I'll work on it tommorow. I thought it was amazing though, in a nutshell. Now I'm off to listen to the OBCR and the soudtrack.....no I don't care that its 3:00AM......*bounds off to blare music until parents come screaming*

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! This deserves a humungous celebration. *sets off fireworks, confetti falls, balloons, etc.*

My stupid parents wouldn't let me go at midnight. I had it all planned out and everything. I was mega pissed. But I'm going at two AND seven! SQUEE!

Yeah, I'm just a tad hyper. I'm so stoked! Ohmygoddddddd. I'm gonna be freaking out all day.

I can't wait either. But guess what! My paper made a mistake in which they don't list all the movie theatres, which means we won't know where RENT is playing! I thought, "What the frig, dude? That is totally uncool." Damn.

In 3 hours I shall hopefully be seeing Anthony and Adam singing Rent. Ah! So excited!!! I hope people don't sing. Most people I've talked to aren't going until later tonight, so maybe there wont be singing? I dunno. Oh well.

when i saw it there was not a lot of sining, hardly any i daresay. But the mooing, forget it! SO much mooing. I think seeing it the first time in a room full of rentheads is an amazing experience, but i'll definitely go back a few more times to just see it and enjoy what i might have missed because i was distracted. BUt i hope you enjoy it! And if there is singing, at least you know everyone loves it!
