Requesting info on costume shops in NYC

What costume shops are there in NYC that would have a big selection of items from shows? I'm trying to locate a carpet bag and hat like Mary Poppins. Anyone ever come across a good costume shop or place where I might be able to find this in NYC? (besides consignment shops)

IF you are trying to do a costume for Halloween luggage or handbag stores might carry something similar. I also know I've seen some that wear worked from Klim carpets but they were $$$.
