Research Project on Theatre Organizations for Senior Seminar

Hello, my name is Michelle Silecchia. I am conducting a research project for my Organizational Communication Seminar at SUNY New Paltz under the supervision of my professor Jason Wrench. The purpose of this study is to research how high or low degrees of organizational bureaucratization within a theatre organization affect work-life balance and job satisfaction. This is a HREB approved study. I ask that anyone who works at any theatre organization consider taking this online survey that will only take about 10 minutes to complete. Me too! I've been working on this for a while, and unfortunately just found out about this website today. Figured I would post it on the boards to hopefully receive more responses, seeing that I still do not have as many participants as I was hoping. Thank you to anyone who would be willing to take the short survey!
