I find it apt that Riedel would write the eulogy to John Simon's career, seeing that he has spent his career being a poor man's John Simon.

The hell with Lane & Broderick for an Odd Couple revival with John Simon playing Oscar the Grouch & Reidel playing Felix the neat freak. I would pay for that let me tell you.
