As my thoughts in the other thread indicate, I am NOT a fan of LEAP OF FAITH. However, it's too bad that so many of the show's faults are being passed off on Brooke Shields. Sure, it's easier to replace a leading actress than an integral part of the creative team, but almost every one of this show's major issues can be attributed to SCORE, BOOK, DIRECTION, and CHOREOGRAPHY.
I didn't love Brooke in the show but she was more than adequate. Not a powerhouse but likable and trying her best despite some God-awful material. I'd hate to see her be the scapegoat for LEAP OF FAITH's failure just because it'd be too difficult to fire anyone else.
