i think sara ramirez is very good, but she is nothing like shoshana in my opinion. i think shoshana is absolutely stunning, and adore her so i am perhaps a little biased; however, her vocal talents are relatively un surpassed these days, with particular reference to broadway.
she has the power and ability of christina, mariah and whitney, yet still reigns it in for broadway. i LOVE her.
i know with my riffs, i indeed started off imitating other vocalists, particularly females and from then on, it became ingrained, i gained confidence and now do them on my own when you feel they're necessary. depends on the music style of course. but sometimes, you just know where one feels right
i love shoshana. please marry me

The audience cheers like mad at the end. It's the Russian ballet, after all..."
