I had the pleasure of meeting up with the "famous" Rob Diamond this weekend. I invited him to venture out of the city to unexplored territories" in S. Jersey for Neil Berg's "101 Yrs. of Broadway" down here in Marlton, NJ.
It was indeed a concert of concerts! I'm sure Rob will share his thoughts on the eve. But I just want to say that aside from being a " master web designer"... he's a heck of a nice guy!
I enjoyed introducing him to Neil and all my Broadway pals after the show. Rob, you are doing a super job on this site. Keep up the good work.
Nice spending some time with you!
Aww shucks! It was well worth the drive (2:45 down, 1:30 back - thank you radar detector) and great to meet you and everyone too. The concert was fantastic as Neil's always are with a great lineup of stars (Rob Evan, Craig Schulman, Danny Zolli, William Michals, Liz Callaway, Rita Harvey, Jeri Sager and Norm Lewis)and songs... Will post a longer review in a couple of days when I have a chance to write it. In short though, if you can catch one of Neil Berg's Broadway concerts in Nyack, Marlton, or elsewhere - do it!
Rob
I met Neil Berg at a cast party. He's a very nice guy. I wish I could have gone to that concert. That's a great line-up of people.
