Rock N Roll Quote help

I am looking for two pieces of Quote from "Rock N Roll".

One is when Jan talked about Jirous with Ferdinand. Something like "You see, the policeman is frightened because Jirous is indeferent. Your Havel cares. Jirous, he doesn't care."

The other is when old Esme talked about the Piper. Something like "I always thought he was not real. Until that day, I saw him on stage. He cut his finger but kept playing....He was a bit surprised first but later said,'Hello, I know you.' Then I knew he's real. He's the piper."
