Ruling for Paradise Square...meaning?

Is this favorable for Paradise Square and those involved who weren't paid, or is it favorable for the other side? Sorry-I'm confused.

It's favourable for the artists who weren't paid who should be paid. A good ruling to help protect what needs protecting. However, I would implore them to find a way to release the cast recording and recognise that the only people who stand to benefit from this are the artists involved. Get the work out there!
