I recall the original and the revival ran about two and one-half hours.
This may be off topic, but in comparing the original cast and the 1994 revival, there was a change in the Two Lost Souls number. In the original, it was sung by Joe Hardy and Lola; in the revival, it was sung by Applegate and Lola. Hope they opt for the original -- it seems a shame to waste Cheyenne in anything (nothing against Sean Hayes).

Ed, they are using the original arrangement for "Two Lost Souls" in this production.
It will be Cheyenne and Jane.
