Rush for Sunday Matinee

What time do people recommend getting to box office to rush a sunday matinee? My mom is coming to visit next weekend and wanted to try and see a show, open to anything really (Anastasia, Bronx Tale, Chicago, Come from Away, etc). Anyone have any experience with Sunday rush I would appreciate all tips :)

I've never rushed Sunday specifically but I think it would vary wildly amongst shows. Research specific shows (just google "-show name- rush" and you'll probably get a thread with info) to figure out demand. Most (if not all?) box offices open at 12 on Sunday, so any weekday information might be able to be pushed forward a couple hours.

Spongebob and the Play that Goes Wrong are two shows that I am pretty sure have "walk up any time before showtime" sort of rush. I've done Come From Away on a Friday an hour before box office open and have got standing room. Again, not Sunday-specific, but a place to start regarding demand.
