I disagree...this sounds exactly like A Chorus Line, but with Zach/Cassie being gender reversed.

I agree with you. From the sound of it, they have "Music and the Mirror," Paul's Monologue, "One," and even Connie's story. Exactly like A Chorus Line, probably just revised to be more relevant to modern Russia. An interesting idea, though.
