I did a search but nothing came up. Just wondering whether or not anyone has rushed this show and is willing to share his/her experience.

I rushed SAVED last weekend and I had a great experience. there are really no bad seats in the house at playwrights horizon. you just go there an hour before and sign up on a list and then they call your name in the lobby if you get tickets but its not a lottery its just first come first serve with whatever tickets are left over...it is not difficult though, i think everyone got tickets and theyre only 15 dollars which is a bargain for the talent that is in that show.
enjoy

The student rush is $15 and the under-30 rush is $20.
I went last weekend and was unable to get a ticket for the Sat. matinee because other people were willing to pay full price for the tickets (to whom they will sell tickets to before students). But for Sat. evening show, there were only 3 students there, and we all got tickets easily.

There's no such things as 'bad seats' at Playwrights.
Everything's CENTER, pretty much. It's one, long row of seats.
Stadium-like seating, so wherever you are, the view's perfect.
SEE THIS SHOW. It's SO worth it!

Semantical question--when you sign up do you have to stay there, or do they pretty much call tickets right before curtain?
I would come from work and sign up, wondering if I should grab dinner before and bring it or sign up as early as possible and hop out to get it while we're waiting.
